\n2 cups of water
\nMethod<\/strong>
\nWash the rice and soak it in some water for 30 minutes.
\nUse a five-liter pressure cooker.
\nAdd soaked rice and 2 cups of water.
\nClose the cooker and place it in high flame.
\nWait till steam comes out from the valve and then place the weight
\nLet it cook for 3 whistles and remove from the flame
\nSet it aside for at least 15-20 minutes so that the pressure comes down<\/p>\n
